1. Returns

Eligibility: Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are:

Unused

In original packaging

Not damaged or altered

Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

Opened perfume bottles

Items damaged after delivery due to misuse

Return Process:

Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving the item.

Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos if the item is defective.

After approval, return shipping details will be provided.

2. Refunds

Refund Method: Refunds are processed via the original payment method (bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, etc.).

Processing Time: Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.

Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted if an item is returned damaged (not due to our error) or incomplete.
3. Order Cancellations

Before Shipment: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before the order is shipped. Contact us immediately for cancellation.

After Shipment: Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still return it according to the return policy.
4. Exchange Policy

Product Exchange: Exchanges are allowed only if the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered.

How to Request: Contact us with your order ID, issue, and product image. If approved, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to a fault on our part (wrong item, damaged, expired), we cover the return shipping.

If the return is due to a change of mind or customer error, return shipping will be paid by the customers
