Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of the purchased items. This confirms that we’ve received your order, but does not guarantee that the items are in stock.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (PKT) or on weekends and public holidays may be processed the following business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs
Shipping Carrier: We work with trusted courier services like TCS, Leopards, and Pakistan Post to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and destination. Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount; details will be provided on the website.
Delivery Time:
Local Delivery (Karachi): 1-3 business days.
National Delivery: 3-7 business days, depending on the location.
Rural Areas: Delivery times may be longer, and we will notify you of any delays.
3. Delivery Address
Accurate Information: Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Address Verification: If your address is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will contact you to request an alternate address.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number, allowing you to track the progress of your shipment in real-time.
5. Shipping Restrictions
International Orders: Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Restricted Areas: Certain areas may have shipping restrictions or delays. If we encounter any issues, we will notify you as soon as possible.
6. Lost or Damaged Items
Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@shahscents.com with a description and photos of the damaged items. We will resolve the issue promptly by either issuing a refund or sending a replacement.
Lost Shipments: If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the courier service to investigate and resolve the issue. We will issue a full refund or replacement once the investigation is complete.
